An innovative product design

for Drink It Fresh

CONTEXT

TO HELP PREPARE A PERFECT QUALITY COCKTAIL AT HOME WITHOUT ALL THE HUSTLE, DRINK IT FRESH, DEVELOPED AN INNOVATIVE PRODUCT: READYMADE COCKTAILS - FRESH INGREDIENTS IN A HANDY FROZEN POUCH.

 

IDEA

WE WORKED ON THE BRAND IDENTITY, NAME, AND PACKAGING. OUR CHALLENGE WAS TO CREATE A DESIGN THAT EXPLAINS THE PRODUCT, ESPECIALLY ON A SHELF THAT HAD NEVER SOLD IT BEFORE. 

 

THE NAMES READYMADE MINTY MOJITO / SPICY MULE / FRUITY MOJIBERRY ARE STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. THE KEY VISUALS OF HANDS RAISING THE GLASS ILLUSTRATE THE INSTANT ENJOYMENT OF MAKING A HIGH-QUALITY COCKTAIL QUICKLY. THE COLOURS PINK, YELLOW AND GREEN SYMBOLISE THE TASTE OF EACH COCKTAIL BUT ALSO LET THE PRODUCT STAND OUT IN THE SUPERMARKET’S FREEZER SECTION. 

 

THE STRONG KEY VISUAL OF THE HANDS ALSO COMES TO LIFE ON OTHER COMMUNICATION CHANNELS LIKE SOCIAL MEDIA. INSTANTLY RECOGNISABLE, IT HELPS TO BUILD A POWERFUL BRANDING STORY.

A LITTLE CUT OUT ON THE PACKAGING SIDE HELPS UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. THE PRODUCT IS EASY TO USE. AT HOME, GRAB THE POUCH FROM THE FREEZER, TEAR OFF THE CORNER, ADD IT TO A GLASS, POUR OVER A LIQUID OF CHOICE AND STIR; IT’S THAT SIMPLE & EFFORTLESS TO ENJOY.

READYMADE COCKTAILS WON PRIZES LIKE THE GOLDEN TAVOLA FOR BEST RETAIL INNOVATION OF THE YEAR, THE TAVOLA PUBLIC PRIZE, AND A SUPERIOR TASTE AWARD BY THE INTERNATIONAL TASTE INSTITUTE. CHEERS!
